Update Log

Woah, we're back! The site is currently built off of Sadgrl's layout builder, it was seriously so helpful for figuring out what to do. I do intend to eventually rework the site to reflect my ideas better, but I need to take it one step at a time, haha.

The current pages online are the splash page, homepage, update log (this page) and my comissions page. The current theme is bug type pokemon because I like them a lot! Current goal is to open USD/Euro/real money comissions so that I can pay for things.

I feel like I started this a long time ago, but I guess it has only been three years. Things feel pretty bad right now, I live in the United States and I cannot leave. It feels like my future is falling apart. Granted, I never put much thought into it, but I figured my biggest worries would be getting a job and being an adult. I still have to worry about that, but now there is also (insert any major event from January 2025 onwards) to worry about on top of that, while also dealing with medical and family issues.

I want to be optimistic. But it seems things are going to get worse before they get better. I do think that this was a long time coming, especially in light of the current political leaders in the country. To quote a youtube comment I saw, "I thought when Homestuck predicted two clowns in office in 2025, they meant the ICP, not this". And it feels like no one is taking it seriously. Of course some people are, but no one with any power is doing anything. Or maybe they are doing everything they can, but it isn't enough. Honestly, my goals right now are to stay alive, be kind to others, and keep learning everything I can while not overwhelming myself. Anti-intellectualism is scary, but it's really common now in the US.

I like the internet. I like it a lot, it's an awesome tool for learning and communication. It makes me angry what it's turned into though, and that's a big reason I made this site. Anyways, I hope you have a good day. Thanks for reading all of this. Take care of yourself <3
